All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, on telleroftales.se, belong to us. Any use of telleroftales.se or its content, such as copying or storing all or part of the content, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited unless you have received our express permission.

Orders

A completed order means that you accept these terms and conditions of purchase and that your placed order is binding, i.e. you intend to buy the ordered items.

Immediately after your order is paid, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, confirming that we have received your order. Always check that your order confirmation is correct and contact us if you experience something odd or have not received an order confirmation.

This is not a receipt of a completed order and thus not a binding confirmation from us that a delivery will be possible. In rare cases, orders may need to be changed and we thus reserve the right, if necessary, to correct received orders if delivery cannot take place and cancel a paid order if it is clearly incorrect.

When your item has been packed, handled and shipped by us, you’ll receive another email notification with further information. This constitutes your receipt and confirms that a binding agreement has been entered into between you and us.

Once the letter is scanned by PostNord you will receive another email with tracking information. Visit PostNord for information on which countries support tracked letters. Please check your spam folder to ensure emails didn’t end there.

Provided that the items in your order are in stock, your order will be processed by us within 1 business day. If an item is out of stock our store will display a clear notice of this and you’ll be unable to include that item in your order.

Deliveries

We use tracked letters for domestic and international deliveries through PostNord.

  • We submit letters on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • Domestic tracked letters (First Class Mail Varubrev) has a delivery time of 1 day after submission. Deliveries normally ship next business day, depending on geographical conditions between place of drop-off and delivery. Read more here.
  • International tracked letters has a normal delivery time of 2-3 weekdays after submission. Depending on your location the delivery times may be longer. Read more here.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs can both be calculated at the shopping cart or at checkout and are shown before selecting a payment method. Prices below include Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25%

Domestic tracked letter (within Sweden)

39 kr (SEK) (order weight up to 250g) – 1-2 items

53 kr (SEK) (order weight from 251g – 500g) – 3-5 items

International tracked letter

115 kr (SEK) (1-5 items)

(VAT will be deducted at the checkout for orders outside EU)

We are not responsible for any local fees that may occur when ordering outside of Sweden (for example, customs, taxes or other fees). However, according to our research CD’s of cultural character has custom duty relief.

We accept direct payments through PayPal and Stripe. The following payment methods are available depending on your location:

PayPal

When using PayPal an additional fee might be charged depending on whether currency conversion needs to be done. Read more about currency conversion here

Returns

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 weekdays after receiving your order when shopping remotely (e.g. telleroftales.se). To exercise this right, you need to contact us and inform that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number. Contact us via this email address:

We will respond to your claim swiftly. To approve your claim, the item must be returned to us unused and in its original quality and packaging. You have 14 weekdays to return your item and pay for the return shipment costs and any additional costs that might occur. When returning your item, make sure it is carefully packaged since you are responsible for any possible damages. After your claim is approved you will be refunded through the same payment method used in your order.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, please email us with your claim before you return your item. We will do our best to reach a solution. Remember to include your order number when contacting us. To approve and handle your complaint, we ask that you provide us with the following:

  • Photos showing that the unopened packaging is damaged
  • Photos showing that the CD and its container is damaged

At the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product you need to notify us of the error within a reasonable time of the discovery. Complaints made within two weeks (14 weekdays) of discovering the error are considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time. Use the email below to contact us:

When your complaint is approved a refund of your purchase will be made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

We handle complaints in accordance with current consumer purchase law and in the event of a dispute, we follow ARN’s recommendations.

Publishing errors

We reserve the right to adjust prices and make changes in our inventory. We reserve the right to correct product information, product photos and prices that has been incorrectly published on our store.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, collective action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances and equivalent events beyond Teller of Tales’ control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure. This means that we are allowed a temporary delay or to cancel the fulfillment of our contractual obligations depending on the extent of the event.
